We do not offer returns on used device sales, but do offer a 15-day warranty. If the used device or part becomes defective, we will take it in and repair it. If we can’t repair it, we will replace it or issue you a store credit.
We offer a 90-day warranty on most parts which we replace, yet this warranty is limited to the proper functionality of the part we replaced (any physical damage to your device while in your possession will not be covered and there are no exceptions).
All water damaged device treatments will have no guarantee nor warranty.
Yes, we do. This can be achieved by booking an appointment. Appointments can be booked through a call or email.
Generally, yes you can wait in the waiting area while we repair your device, as repairs can be completed within 30 minutes to 1 hour (some repairs may take longer).
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we encourage you to please drop off your device and pick it up later once the repair has been completed.

If possible, we strongly encourage that you back up your device(s) before any repair. Although we have a high success rate repairing devices, as with any repair, sometimes unexpected accidents may happen.
Yes, we do. We offer to buy most phones, and if a purchase is not possible, we also offer a recycling service. Please bring in any of your devices (working, broken or non-working).
Yes! We will send unusable phones to a local recycling business.
